To view users in the VAST provider on the VAST Web UI, navigate to User Management and select Local Users.
By default, the Local Users page lists all users defined on the VAST provider.
The following information is shown for users:

To show or hide fields, click
to the right of a column title, and then click
to open a dropdown where you can select or unselect fields.
ID | The VAST-internal ID of the user. |
Name | The user name. |
Local Provider | The VAST provider for the user. |
Login Name | The user's login name. |
UID | The UID associated with the user name.

SID | The SID associated with the user name. |
Leading Group | The name of the user's leading group. |
Leading Group GID | The ID of the user's leading group. |
Groups | The names of other groups the user belongs to. Also known as auxiliary groups. |
Using Filters
You can apply filters to any of the columns shown in the table.
Click on
next to a field heading, and select the condition for the filter. The conditions vary according to the field type, and include the following:
Contains - the field contains the specified text
Not contains - the field does not contain the specified text
Equals - the field is identical to the specified text
Greater than - the field exceeds a specific value (numeric fields only)
Greater than or equals - the field is greater than or equal to a specific value (numeric fields only)
Less than - the field is less than a specific value (numeric fields only)
Less than or equals - the field is less than or equal to a specific value (numeric fields only)
Between - the field is strictly within a From-To range of values, (numeric fields only)
Inclusive between - the field is within a From-To range of values, including the limits (numeric fields only)
Starts with - the field begins with the specified text
Ends with - the field ends with the specified text
Regular expression - the field matches the specified regular expression (text fields)
You can apply filters from more than one field (the effect is a logical AND of all applied filters). The filters appear in the filter bar above the table.
