VAST Cluster 5.1 is released to General Availability as of May 2024. It is a major release with new capabilities.
To access this release, contact the VAST Customer Success team via a support ticket, Slack, or by sending an email to support@vastdata.com.
Upgrade to VAST Cluster 5.1 is supported from VAST Cluster 5.0.0 and service packs of 5.0.0. Direct upgrade from pre-5.0 versions is not supported. To upgrade from a pre-5.0 version, begin by upgrading to VAST Cluster 5.0, and then upgrade to VAST Cluster 5.1.
