VAST Cluster supports the NFSv3 and NFSv4.1 versions of the Network File System (NFS) file sharing protocol, enabling storage clients to access files and directories using NFSv3 and NFSv4.1.
NFS exports are configured as views, VAST Cluster's multiprotocol access feature, which enables you to provide access to data sets over any of several storage and file system protocols or concurrently over several such protocols.
