This guide describes how to use VAST DataEngine to build and deploy data pipelines on a VAST Cluster tenant.
This guide assumes that VAST DataEngine has been enabled on a tenant of a VAST Cluster. For information about how to enable VAST DataEngine, see the VAST Cluster 5.4 Administrator's Guide or the VAST Cluster 5.4 Tenant Administrator's Guide.
The instructions in this guide use the VAST DataEngine web user interface wherever available. VAST DataEngine also supports the same functionality through the DataEngine CLI and through the VAST Management Service (VMS) API.
