Viewing and Managing Alarms

To view all the alarms from all the registered clusters, in the Uplink portal, go to the Alarms tab.

In the Alarms tab, you can:

  • Create a support ticket for any listed alarm. Click 3dots_menu.png at the right side of any alarm and select Create ticket to create a support ticket for that alarm.

  • Download a CSV file containing all the alarm data. Click the Download CSV icon Uplink_Tickets_Tab_Download_CSV_Icon.png to download a CSV file containing the details of all the alarms.
